Who started this and why
Jonathan M. Hardy, CCIM
The founder began his career at CBRE in the early ninety's and has since evolved into specialized asset services. In 2008 this activity ramped up significantly allowing us to grow our team and add additional depth to our partnerships. Venture HYDRA is an answer to the lack of professional specialization in the space helping all stakeholders navigate distressed markets. Jonathan also spends his time with his family, friends and several social and educational non-profits benefiting a variety of people and entities.
